These metal decorative rounded edge USB charging sockets output at a maximum of 65W over either of the USB-C ports. They are ideal for locations where you might want a fast charge or to power a device like a laptop. They intelligently switch the voltage to give your device what it needs. Ideal for homes, offices, home offices, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, hospitality areas or anywhere a convenient power supply for charging and powering devices like laptops is needed. Supports USB-PD, a recognised standard for charging devices using a USB connection. To take advantage of this, your device must support USB-PD. Also supported is the new PPS protocol that focuses on precise control of voltage and current during charging, making it ideal for laptops. Knightsbridge recommend that you only use certified USB cables for safety and to ensure compatibility. It is also important to ensure your USB can handle the power output. Most cheap USB cables are only rated to 30W, some to 60W. We recommend only using 100W+ rated cables with this device.
